InArte - Encontros Internacionais de Inclusão pela Arte é uma co-produção São Luiz Teatro Municipal a decorrer entre 8 e 13 de Abril neste mesmo Teatro, integrando diversas manifestações culturais – umseminário internacional, espectáculos, mostra de vídeos, exposição, workshops e concertos. Reúne artistas, teóricos, técnicos, psicólogos, jornalistas, professores e alunos na reflexão e partilha aberta de resultados, processos e questões através do diálogo e da exibição artística.
Os encontros pretendem analisar e explorar novas estratégias de trabalho e interacção dos deficientes e outras comunidades fragilizadas para a cidadania através da promoção do contacto com as diversas formas de expressão artística.
O principal objectivo trata de promover e divulgar as artes como forma de trabalho pedagógico, ocupacional e de integração social, sensibilizando profissionais que intervêm com pessoas com necessidades especiais e outras comunidades para a importância das artes como ferramenta de trabalho de combate à exclusão social.
Outro objectivo trata de abrir horizontes para outros domínios estéticos, que aceitam a diferença como parte integrante do processo criativo.
O InArte quer erguer fundações para uma sociedade onde as pessoas com deficiência e outras comunidades aprendem através de, participam em e fruem as artes, promovendo o acesso por todos – ao alcance de todos.
